Aim:

Silent Walk (60-90 minutes):
Participants embark on a silent walk/hike, following a designated path through a natural setting.
The group moves at a comfortable pace, allowing individuals to immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and sensations of the environment.
Debriefing Session (15-30 minutes):
The group gathers at the end of the walk for a debriefing session.
Participants are invited to share their experiences, insights, and any challenges encountered during the silent walk.
Closing and Reflection (10 minutes):
The facilitator concludes the activity by summarizing key takeaways and expressing gratitude for the shared experience.
Participants are encouraged to reflect on how the insights gained can be integrated into their daily lives.
