Instructions

Place the participants in a circle. 3-4 players will be the moths, and one will be the bat. The bat will be blindfolded. Both bat and moths will be inside the circle.

In order to use echolocation, when the bat says “BAT”, the moth will reply “MOTH”.

Rules: Bats and moths need to stay inside the circle

Participants making the circle will need to be quiet in order for the bat to hear the moth’s moves

Game ends when the bat catches/touches all moths

Different levels of the game:

More difficult: make the circle bigger

Easier: Make the circle smaller

Variety: some moths have different type of wings and are very silent, using the sonar will be difficult: when bat says “BAT”, the moth will only clap, without saying anything, making the catching part more difficult.
